To produce the FSTA - Food Science and Technology Abstracts® database, IFIS scientists scan approximately 1800 journals from a broad range of disciplines. These include food science & technology, agriculture, marine fisheries science, environmental & water sciences, public health & medicine, nutrition, biology, biotechnology, chemistry, and toxicology.
The serial publications list is an up-to-date catalogue of all the source publications covered in FSTA, with ISSNs. Also included is full information on where and how to obtain the full text of references included in FSTA.
