What is FSTA?
FSTA - Food Science and Technology Abstracts® is the world's largest database of information on food science, food technology and nutrition. Food scientists across the world rely on FSTA for its comprehensive coverage and high-quality content and indexing.

How is the information presented?

Each record includes full bibliographic data, including the author's email address, if available. Where does the information on FSTA come from?
